Umesh Pal Murder case: Gangster Atiq Ahmed produced before Prayagraj Court

Gangster-turned-politician Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf were produced before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) in Prayagraj on April 13. Police cavalcade left Naini Jail for CJM Court taking gangster Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf Ahmed for hearing in Umesh Pal Murder case. Considering the sensitivity of the case, security was beefed up at the Court premises before his arrival.Atiq Ahmed is the main accused in the 2005 murder case of BSP legislator Raju Pal. He is accused of killing Umesh Pal, the prime witness in the murder of BSP MLA Raju Pal along with his aides.
