Get the same error when completing feedback on mobile device. Works ok on laptop.

Yes. Only after a post in the thread, the feedback option is enabled. But unable to post from mobile due to this error. From desktop, different error shows but feedback is getting registered

Is this restriction only present in the Classifieds section? I'm asking this because I managed to give two separate feedback against one thread before, but that thread was created under the WTB section.

i couldn't add a feedback to a member here. the thread name doesn't even show up in the box!

possibly. happened with me once recently. waited for sometime & the next day could leave the feedback as normal.

I was facing an error message when i tried to post a feed back last time from android. Then the seller told me to use PC and everything worked fine.
