A broker reacts while trading at his computer terminal at a stock brokerage firm in Mumbai — Nifty continues to climb a wall of worry as it looks to be in the final leg of its rally before heading for a correction.

NEW DELHI: Reliance Power(numbers of share traded: 8.80 crore), YES Bank(numbers of share traded: 7.61 crore), Suzlon Energy(numbers of share traded: 4.93 crore), JP Power(numbers of share traded: 4.27 crore), Vodafone Idea(numbers of share traded: 3.89 crore), Tata Steel(numbers of share traded: 3.49 crore), ICICI Bank(numbers of share traded: 3.44 crore), Brightcom Group(numbers of share traded: 3.43 crore), PNB(numbers of share traded: 3.26 crore) and Au Small Fin Bank(numbers of share traded: 3.08 crore) emerged top gainers in Thursday's market in terms of trading volume.

The NSE Nifty index closed 15.6 points up at 17828.0, while BSE Sensex ended up 38.23 points at 60431.0.

On the other hand, Infosys Ltd.(down 2.74 per cent), Tech Mahindra Ltd.(down 2.08 per cent), HCL Technologies Ltd.(down 2.07 per cent), Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.(down 1.63 per cent) and NTPC Ltd.(down 1.56 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
