Richard D’Souza is advisor on Mhadei

Panaji: The Goa government has appointed its former principal chief conservator of forest (PCCF), Richard D'Souza, as an advisor to the state on the Mhadei water dispute between Goa and neighbouring Karnataka. The order states that D'Souza will act as an advisor to the Goa water resources department 'on the subject of forest, wildlife and related forest matters for the Mhadei river water dispute'. tnn
