CCTV video: Three-year-old child attacked by pack of 7 stray dogs

A CCTV footage shows how a pack of 7 stray dogs attacked a three-year-old child without provocation. The stray dogs can be seen attacking, nibbling at and dragging and kid as he shouts for help. The kid's life was saved only because a woman chased away the dogs after hurling stones at the dogs. The incident shows why it is dangerous to allow stray dogs to roam in areas where kids play.
