Cut paperwork, high fee: Panel to PPCB officer

Ludhiana: Ever since the new chief engineer of Punjab Pollution Control Board (PPCB) Sandeep Bahl took the charge of the Ludhiana office, one after another business delegation is visiting the department to apprise him about their woes. The most common problem of the industry is turning out to be lengthy paper processes for obtaining permissions and the high fees for different tasks.
