PacRim Marketing Group has announced several new hires and promotions to strengthen the company’s management team.
Sayuri Kimura has been named the new Executive Vice President, with responsibility for managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and developing the company’s strategic goals.
Hayato Fukumitsu has also joined the company as Director of Business Development, tasked with driving sales, expanding markets and building long-term strategic partnerships.
In addition, two long-time employees have been promoted to leadership positions. Yuko Akiba has been named Director of Digital Marketing, responsible for managing all digital marketing initiatives, while Jean Dickinson has been promoted to Chief Integrated Marketing Officer, with responsibility for overseeing the overall business marketing strategy.
Sayuri Kimura brings expertise in marketing strategy and planning from her previous roles in advertising, IT and PR, including six years at Hakuhodo, one of Japan’s leading advertising and PR agencies.
Hayato Fukumitsu has experience in sales and marketing, relationship management, and leadership, having held previous management positions in the luxury hospitality and food & beverage industries.
The promotions of Yuko Akiba and Jean Dickinson reflect their contributions to PacRim Marketing Group’s success over the years. Akiba has been with the company for over 18 years, and has been instrumental in transforming Japanese websites into a growing revenue source for hospitality industry clients. Dickinson’s passion and skills in public relations, advertising, marketing, strategic planning and copywriting have helped numerous clients achieve their goals.
