Karnataka Polls: Jagadish Shettar to meet JP Nadda after his name missing from BJP’s first list

Former Karnataka Chief Minister and senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader Jagadish Shettar, while speaking to ANI on April 12, expected for a positive outcome over his scheduled meeting with senior BJP leaders later in the day.Jagadish Shettar’s name was not in the BJP’s first list of candidates for the Karnataka Assembly Elections.He said, “I will reach Delhi today to meet the party’s national president, JP Nadda. I expect positive things will happen. In the coming days, the party high command and state leaders will specify everything.”
