Share market update: Most active stocks of the day in terms of total traded value

NEW DELHI: ICICI Bank(Rs. 840.96 crore), HDFC Bank(Rs. 831.22 crore), RIL(Rs. 639.42 crore), Axis Bank(Rs. 490.94 crore), Adani Ent.(Rs. 489.40 crore), SBI(Rs. 472.53 crore), Adani Green(Rs. 440.58 crore), Divis Labs(Rs. 299.52 crore), Tata Motors(Rs. 271.88 crore) and Infosys(Rs. 227.26 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:50AM in Wednesday's session.

The NSE Nifty index traded 25.75 points up at 17748.05, while BSE Sensex was up 44.73 points at 60202.45 as of 10:50AM(IST)on April 12.

In the Nifty index, Divi's Laboratories Ltd.(up 5.21 per cent), Adani Enterprises Ltd.(up 2.66 per cent), Tata Motors Ltd.(up 2.07 per cent), Bajaj Auto Ltd.(up 1.37 per cent) and Coal India Ltd.(up 1.36 per cent) were among the top gainers.

On the other hand, Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd.(down 0.00 per cent), Hero MotoCorp Ltd.(down 0.00 per cent), Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.(down 0.00 per cent), Tech Mahindra Ltd.(down 0.00 per cent) and UltraTech Cement Ltd.(down 0.00 per cent) were among the top losers.
