Supreme Court upholds Madras High Court judgement allowing RSS to carry route marches in Tamil Nadu

The Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected the appeal filed by the Tamil Nadu government against the Madras High Court judgment allowing Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) to carry out a route march in the State. All Special Leave Petitions (SLP) submitted in connection with the RSS route march have been dismissed by the SC.
