Hrs after dad’s death, man hangs self

Bokaro: A 29-year-old man, identified as Kundan Rajwar, died by suicide hours after his father passed away on Sunday at the Raja Bazar area under Bokaro police station of Bermo sub-division.
The police officer of Bokaro Thermal Police Station, Vikrant Munda, said “The young man hanged himself after his father, Gobardhan Rajwar (62), passed away.”
Kundan’s mother is wheelchair-bound.
Police conducted a post-mortem and handed over the bodies to the family. The father and the son were cremated on Sunday evening.
“Kundan is the youngest among eight siblings. He could not bear the shock of his father's death and ended his life,” family members said.
The police have lodged a case of unnatural death in this connection.Divy Khare
