Amritpal Singh's aide Papalpreet Singh flown to high-security Dibrugarh jail in Assam

Khalistani separatist preacher Amritpal Singh's close aide Papalpreet Singh, who was arrested from Amritsar on Monday, will be lodged in Assam's Dilburgah jail. He was detained under the National Security Act (NSA). The NSA allows detention up to a year without any charge. Sources said that six other cases have also been registered against Papalpreet Singh, who is considered to be Amritpal's mentor.
