Yentamma Salman Khan

Salman Khan’s upcoming film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is roaring already ahead of its release. Be it for its trailer or songs, the makers have left no stone untouched to create a buzz around the film on social media. However, the latest track from the film, Yentamma, was not received well among the cinema buffs from the southern region of the country.

In the episode, former cricketer Laxman Sivaramakrishnan lashed out at Yentamma song and bashed Salman Khan for degrading South Indian culture. In the song, the actor can be seen veshti. However, the makers have called it a lungi.

The other reason the song is trolled is Khan’s dance steps with Venkatesh and Ram Charan. The former spinner reacted to the song and said Salman Khan is wearing a dhoti and not a lungi. He further slammed Khan for showing a classical outfit in a disgusting manner.

Have a look at the tweet here:

Laxman Sivaramakrishnan, in another tweet, also described the difference between a lungi and a dhoti.

He also appealed to the Central Board of Film Certification to ban the Yentamma song. He said celebrities can do anything for money nowadays and won’t research the difference between a lungi and a dhoti. He further highlighted Salman Khan and other stars wearing shoes in a temple premise shown in the song.

Yentamma was released earlier this week. The song also features Telugu superstars Venkatesh and Ram Charan.
