Ukraine's first Deputy Foreign Minister Emine Dzhaparova hails PM Modi's leadership; says 'India is 'Vishwa Guru' of the world'

Emine Dzhaparova, the First Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine, has begun her four-day visit to New Delhi, marking the country's first official visit since the start of the Russia-Ukraine conflict in 2022. Dzhaparova will meet with Sanjay Verma, Secretary (West) of the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), to discuss bilateral relations, as well as exchanging views on the current situation in Ukraine and global issues of mutual interest.
