Hello,
Mom left for doctor yesterday in auto and kept all her documents at back of auto.

Before getting down at doctor she forgot to pickup those documents.
I was able to get a small footage of auto, but unable to find the correct number.
Hope if any expert can help.

This is from Mumbai suburban
A known person from RTO said, if right number is provided, there is a possibility to contact auto driver

Upload the original footage to GDrive and share the link here.

Also which state/city (WB possibly)?
Last 4 digits seems like 4153

Looks like DU to me from the screen recording. And knowing its a Bajaj RE Auto might help too.

Unless you used an app to book the auto, I'd suggest going to the same place your mom boarded it, at around the same time. He might have a regular route/schedule.

Thanks for your help.
Mom boarded from our place of residence upto doctor, she forgot to pickup her files (kept at back of auto).

We Went to police station, they require correct auto number, after which they will contact auto driver (call him to police station) and question about same.

As the time goes by it becomes difficult.. to get those files back.

Go to the same place and see if there is a auto union (which should be there). Go to their office and enquire about the auto with the tentative number. The auto driver might have dropped it to the union's office.
