Ludhiana: In the second session of IIT-JEE (main) examination on Saturday, 417 candidates from the city appeared in the examination at Guru Teg Bahadur Institute of Management and Technology, Dakha. The competitive exam was held in two shifts here.
Most of the students found the mathematics portion of the exam easy, while chemistry received a mix response. But all students maintained that physics remained the hardest portion of the exam.
While the students said that most of the questions were based on syllabi of Classes XI and XII, many still found some questions to be tricky.
In the morning shift, 210 of 233 candidates appeared in the exam, while 207 of total 215 appeared in the evening shift.
