can i replace these ones with ddr3?. will it work? my laptop which was bought in 2012. i don't know the correct specs of my laptop but it supports max. 16gb ram that is sure.

It won't fit because the DDR4 SO-DIMMS (laptop memory) have 260 pins instead of 204 in DDR3.does the ddr4 rams fit in ddr3 ram slots?. coz, i've a laptop with ddr3 ram.
