Staff clash with customers in Mumbai bar fight, video viral | WATCH

Chaos ensued at a bar in Mumbai’s Dahisar on Friday evening as the staff and customers came to blows and threw punches and hurled furniture at each other leading to the arrest of ten people allegedly involved in the incident, reports said.
The Friday night bar fight was captured on camera and the video of the incident has gone viral on social media platforms. The viral clip shows men throwing punches at each other as the fight spills outside the bar. A man is seen lifting up a chair as he attempts to hit another person with the piece of furniture as onlookers watch the chaos unfold.

According to reports, the incident happened at around 7 pm on Friday evening at Ashish Bar and Restaurant in Dahisar area of Mumbai.
A senior police official said that ten people, including seven staffers and three customers, have been arrested in connection with the incident.
The official said that the Mumbai Police received information about an ongoing brawl at the Ashish Bar and Restaurant in Dahisar and arrived at the scene to quell the violence and detain the miscreants.
He said that the police have registered a case in this regard under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and further investigation is underway to determine the exact cause of the fight and why it escalated to such violent levels, adding that further details are awaited.
In a similar incident, a video went viral on the internet in February this year, where a fight between two boys outside a residential society turned awry after one boy punched and knocked out the other.
In the video, a brawl can be seen breaking out between two boys outside a residential colony as the fight turns into a fierce fistfight between the two. The people around can be seen stepping away in bid to save themself from being collateral damage in the fight.
A girl who was sitting on a scooter near the fight can be seen stepping off and securing herself from being affected by the fight. Right after she stepped off the vehicle, one boy can be seen knocking out the other with a right hook.
The boy who got knocked out can be seen collecting himself up again, however, the other one continues the onslaught and doesn’t show mercy.

Mob storms police station in MP’s Burhanpur, thrashes cops, free dacoit and 2 others | WATCH

In a shocking incident, a mob of at least 60 people brazenly stormed a police station in Burhanpur district of Madhya Pradesh on Thursday, thrashed the cops with sticks and freed three people, including a dacoit, from the police lockup.
As per reports, a violent mob of 50-60 people forced their way inside the Nepanagar Police Station on late Thursday night, vandalized the premises and also beat up the policemen on duty with sticks and freed a dacoit identified as Hema Meghwal along with his two other associates from the station.
A senior police official said that two police officials were injured in the attack and are currently admitted at the district hospital.
Burhanpur Superintendent of Police (SP) Rahul Kumar Lodha said that Hema Meghwal, who is accused in the looting of guns at Bakdi outpost, was arrested on Thursday and lodged in the lockup at Nepanagar police station.
The senior officer said the dacoit’s companion, Sudiya, accompanied by around 50 other forest encroachers stormed the police station, vandalized the premises and freed Meghwal and two others from lockup.
The SP informed that five policemen were on duty at the time of the incident and two of them sustained injuries in the attack.
He said that a case under sections 307 (attempt to murder), 353 (assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty) and other relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code, has been registered in this regard and further investigation is underway, adding that the police is scanning CCTV footage to identify the attackers.
Earlier, in a similar incident in the district, last month a mob had stormed a forest range office in which at least six people were injured.
Reports at the time said that forest encroachers attacked the team that had went to remove them from Ghaghrala forests in the district last month. Six persons, including a forest staff member, had sustained injuries in the attack.

Caught on cam: Teachers hit, mistreat toddlers at play school in Mumbai, booked
Reports said an FIR has been registered against two teachers seen in the video for allegedly mistreating, hitting, and slapping 25 toddlers.

A video is doing rounds on the internet wherein teachers at a play school can be seen hitting and mistreating toddlers. The video has been captured on CCTV camera and teachers can be seen throwing and pushing the kids around the class.
The viral video is widely circulated and is said to be from a play school at Swami Vivekanand Road in Kandivali West, Mumbai.

Two teachers booked for mistreating 25 toddlers
Reports said an FIR has been registered against two teachers seen in the video for allegedly mistreating, hitting, and slapping 25 toddlers. A police complaint was filed by the father of a 2-year-old who notices severe behavioural changes including being afraid of noise and being aggressive.

A police officer said parents complained to the school management on March 27 following which the management looked into the matter and checked the CCTV footage. The officer said the management was shocked to see the teachers mistreating the kids and approached the police.
As per the complainant Kaushal Dinesh Zaveri, he enrolled his son in the preschool in October last year and the school kept the kids for two hours every day. Zaveri said there were 25 children admitted to the play school in two batches.
Based on the CCTV footage, teachers have been booked under section 23 of the Juvenile Justice Act 2000 (punishment of cruelty to a juvenile or child).
