Railways diverts routes of several passenger trains

PATNA: The railways has diverted the routes of several passenger trains and rescheduled their arrival and departure either, originating from or passing through the East Central Railway (ECR), from April 12 onwards due to the commissioning of the third line between Rooma and Chanderi under the North Central Railway (NCR).
According to the ECR's chief public relations officer (CPRO) Birendra Kumar, the Howrah-Jodhpur Express (12307), Sealdah-Ajmer Express (12987) and Bikaner-Agra Cantt Express (22308) will be diverted to the Prayagraj Chheoki-Manikpur-Virangana Laxmibai Jhansi-Agra Cantt-Achhnera on April 12.
"The Alipurduar-Delhi Express (15483) and Tata-Jammu Tawi Express (18101) trains will leave at least 150 minutes late each from their respective stations on April 12," the chief public relations officer said.
