Lauding India’s advancements in the field of generic medicine, Union Housing and Urban Affairs Minister Hardeep Singh Puri on April 08 in Delhi said that it is not only providing service in the country but is also aiding the people abroad. Calling the recently inaugurated robotic surgery wing a win-win situation for everyone at the Yashoda chain of hospitals, the Union Minister welcomed it and extolled its uses and benefits. “The robotic surgery wing was inaugurated by the Healthcare Minister of India in the Yashoda chain of hospitals. The benefits of Ayushman Bharat have been extended to about 12 crore families and more than 50 crore people across the country,” the Union Minister said. “This robot surgery provides a win-win situation for the patient through its cutting-edge technology. India is continuously moving forward in the field of generic medicine, and its benefits are being extended not only in the country but also abroad, along with this better treatment is being provided to the people through Ayushman Bharat,” he added.
