Apr. 7—A Powder Springs man was arrested Monday night and is accused of raping and strangling a woman.

According to a warrant, Jason Riley, 43, raped and strangled a woman early Monday morning at his home.

Riley was booked into the Cobb County jail Monday night and remains there, according to jail records. He faces two rape charges and two aggravated assault charges. He is not eligible for bond.
