Hyderabad : Telangana BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar was granted bail in the SSC question paper leak case late Thursday night on the condition of Providing Rs 20,000 surety from a magistrate court in Warangal. He is likely to be released tomorrow.
According to BJP legal team ,bail papers should possibly reach Karimnagar jail where he is under judicial remand by tomorrow morning. The court laid the condition that Bandi Sanjay Kumar should not leave the country and should cooperate with the investigation.
It may be recalled that state BJP Chief Bandi Sanjay Kumar, a Lok Sabha MP from Karimnagar constituency, was picked up by a team of police past midnight on Tuesday from his residence in Karimnagar city and was initially put under preventive arrest for his alleged role in SSC paper leak case.

It’s a slap on the face of CM KCR and BRS party as they wanted to keep Bandi Sanjay inside the Jail and to prevent him to participate in PM programmes on April 8 in a false case, Subhash added.
