Illegal studio demolished in Mumbai, BJP leader Kirit Somaiya claims 19 other illegal studios will also be razed
A worker present at the site revealed to ETimes, "Two floors have been razed and the third one is being demolished now." When ETimes contacted Kirit Somaiya, he said, "Yes the studio was illegal and there is an order for demolition of 19 other studios and that will happen soon."
According to reports, the studio that was razed by municipal authorities was identified as one TGIF Studio. It is believed to have been constructed in 2020. The studio was hired by filmmakers to shoot feature films, short films, ad films and television serials as well.
