Now, Huzurabad MLA Eatala Rajender gets Warangal police notice, skips appearance

HYDERABAD: Warangal police have issued a notice to Huzurabad MLA Eatala Rajender asking him to appear before the investigating officer (IO) of the SSC question paper leak case. He, however, did not appear on Thursday evening.
In the notice issued under Section 91 of the CrPC, police cited details of the SSC exam question paper leak case (crime number 60/2023) registered at the Kamalapur police staion under various sections of the IPC, IT Act and the TS Public Examination (Prevention of Malpractices) Act.
While citing the details in the remand report of the four accused, including Bandi Sanjay, police asked Eatala Rajender, to provide his mobile phone details and other evidence required in this case as those details were required for further investigation in the case.
"You are requested personally to attend before the Kamlapur inspector at DCP Central Zone office, Police Head Quarters at Hanumakonda district on Thursday evening at 6pm and Friday morning at 11pm," police said. The notices were served to Rajender at his house in Shamirpet.
Warangal police commissioner AV Ranganath said that : "Notices were sent to over 150 people, including the Huzurabad MLA, to gather more information regarding the case."
