Audio Oppo asking for box for TWS warranty

Hey, I'm currently many states away from my home and have been having an issue with my Oppo TWS. I went to the service centre and they verified that there is an issue, the device is legit, the product is under warranty and I even have the invoice.
What they are asking for is the Box that it came in and I don't have that here in my college. Any advice on what should i do, I've tried asking that I'm willing to pay but they don't offer that option. Any help is appreciated

Ask them if this can be an option where they could keep the box which comes with the new replaced unit.

Warranty card serial number stickers shall not be torn or else the warranty will be invalid

If the box is at your home and your parents are there, then you can ask them to courier it to you.

Yeah, I tried but no luck there, will try once by myself when I go back at the end of this month as that seems to be my only hope. Thanks for your help!
