Fire breaks out in ground plus seven storey building in Mumbai, no injuries reported
​​Motorists and other pedestrians said that they noticed large flames coming out of the building and immediately traffic movement had to be restricted.
MUMBAI: A fire broke out in a closed room on the fourth floor of Mistry Manor building at Nepean Sea road at 12.20 pm on Friday. The building is ground plus seven storey structure.
Motorists and other pedestrians said that they noticed large flames coming out of the building and immediately traffic movement had to be restricted.
There were no reports of any injuries or anyone being trapped.
However civic officials said that the local fire brigade and ward level staff also reached the site to inspect if anyone was trapped around the flat.
The blaze was extinguished by 12.37 pm.
