China’s logistics sector experienced stable growth in March 2023, as measures to increase consumption and stabilise demand proved successful. The index, which measures the performance of the country’s logistics market, rose by 5.4 percentage points from February, reaching 55.5 per cent in March 2023, as per the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing.Additionally, the sub-index for business activity expectations reached 58.1 per cent in March, expanding for the fourth consecutive month. This suggests that logistics firms are optimistic about the sector’s future development, according to local media reports.
