Thiruvananthapuram: LDF would hold public rallies in all assembly segments from April 25 to May 20 as part of the second anniversary of the second Pinarayi Vijayan government.
The LDF meeting chaired by Pinarayi Vijayan on Wednesday decided that each rally should have the participation of a minimum of 5000 people. Apart from left leaders, socio-cultural leaders would be invited to the rallies. A rally would be organised in Thiruvananthapuram on May 20. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and other LDF leaders would participate in this rally, a statement from the LDF state committee said.
Before the assembly-level rallies, LDF workers would distribute political pamphlets exposing the Central government's preferential treatment to
Kerala. The workers would also explain the development plans of the LDF government.
