Swati Rustagi is embarking upon a new journey, after quitting from Amazon stores as Director Global Talent Strategy & Leadership Development World Wide Stores.
According to sources, her las working day at Amazon was on 31st march, 2023.
With over 22 years across Hindustan Unilever Limited (9 years), DSP Merrill Lynch ( 1 year) and Johnson & Johnson Medical ( 3.5 years), followed by Glenmark Pharmaceuticals ( 4 years) and Max Health Care (2 years ) and lastly at Amazon India, her experience spans across various specialities of Human Resources management such as Employee Relations, OD, Talent Management, L&D and HR business partner roles.
"This experience across industry leaders in diverse sectors has provided me exposure to some best-in-class HR practices and processes," explains Rustagi.
