With the objective of building confidence in children and exploring them to various art skills, Samrat Club, Margao, in association with Parvatibai Chowgule College of Arts & Science (Autonomous), will organise its 25th annual summer camp starting from May 1 to 14, 9 a.m. to 12 noon, at Junta Quarters Cultural Centre Hall, near BPS Club, Margao.

Children from KG 2 to Class 7 can participate. Children from KG 2 to Class 3 will be placed in the junior group, while children from Class 4 and above will be placed in the senior group.

The camp will include activities like painting and drawing, wealth out of waste, yoga, singing, industrial visits, visit to a military camp, bullock cart and train rides, Bollywood dances, singing, and more. There will be workshops on personality development, body language and dramatics, and photography, gymnastics and wrestling demonstrations, sky watching, fun with maths and science, and memory techniques. Storytelling, singing, and elocution competitions will also be held.
