Tom Hoge won The Masters 3-par contest on Wednesday, April 5, finishing up with a score of six under. He registered a one-stroke victory over Bubba Watson alongside Kurt Kitayama.

Hoge had tough competition with Ireland's Seamus Power at Augusta National Golf Course to win the par-3 contest. The fun-filled event ended with Tom Hoge receiving a crystal vase for a hole-in-one.

Speaking about the contest, Hoge said:

"I made a few birdies early and then the hole-in-one on 8, so that was cool to see that go in. Just a fun day out here this afternoon."

It is important to note that no Masters par-3 contest winner has gone on to win the historic Masters tournament event dating back to 1960. Tom Hoge will still be attempting to win it this time around.

Interestingly, LIV Golf players have also competed in the tournament and started the game by finishing second in the Par-3 contest.

Bubba Watson secured second position. The 44-year-old opened up about his game on the Augusta course and said:

"Keep hitting the ball well. I was hitting the short irons well on the Par 3 here. Been hitting it good all week. With the weather coming in, nobody knows what's going to happen."
