OTTAWA, ON, April 6, 2023 /CNW/ – The Honourable Carolyn Bennett, Minister of Mental Health and Addictions and Associate Minister of Health, will host an event in Halifax, Nova Scotia, to highlight Budget 2023 and ongoing federal investments to address the toxic drug and overdose crisis and provide people living in the Atlantic region with greater access to substance use prevention, harm reduction and treatment services.
