'Neglect of border infra in the past have cost us heavily', says External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said on Tuesday that neglect of border infrastructure in the past have been costing the country heavily. "In my view, there are also a lot of national security consequences of the fact that many of the deep sense and the delivery capabilities which should have had," he said during a book launch titled 'Transforming the steel frame – promise and paradox of civil service reform' edited by former bureaucrat Vinod Rai.
