VISAKHAPATNAM: TDP president Nara Chandra Babu Naidu said on Wednesday that his party would focus on all the seats in the assembly election targeting Pulivendula, which is the constituency of chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
It is recalled that the YSRCP had already announced ‘Why not 175?’ to grab all assembly seats in
Andhra Pradesh.
He announced that 40% party tickets would be allotted to the youth in the coming elections.
He called upon the cadres to strive hard for party's victory.
Addressing the TDP Zone-1 (North Andhra Zone) in Visakhapatnam,
Chandrababu Naidu said that the recent victory of the TDP in the Legislative Council elections inspired the party leaders and the cadre.
"This is just a sample and the real victory is yet to be achieved. People supported TDP in the elections though the candidate was announced just 20 days before the elections," Naidu said.
He termed it as a god’s script as the TDP candidate won the election on March 23 in the year 2023.
Promising to develop Vizag as a global city, Naidu said that it is the TDP that came to the rescue of the people of the city during cyclone Hudhud. He called upon the people from North Andhra to defeat YSRCP and Jagan for not taking up any development activity in the region.
