Man ends life due to health issues

Thiruvananthapuram: A 62-year-old man committed suicide on Tuesday morning due to health issues. Mani, (62) of Thekkevila Veedu near Mullasseri at Karakulam, hanged himself in his bedroom.
His left leg was amputated last month and he was said to be worried about the pain. His wife was also suffering from cancer. On Tuesday morning, his son found him hanging in his room. He was soon rushed to a hospital, but doctors declared him brought dead.
Nedumangad police have registered a case under section 174 of CrPC for unnatural death. His body has been handed over to relatives after post mortem.
