Rahul Gandhi leaves Surat Court after filing appeal against his conviction in defamation case

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi left Surat Court after filing an appeal against his conviction in the defamation case on April 03. Surat Sessions Court on Monday extended Rahul Gandhi's bail till April 13, the next date of hearing in the case. While reacting to ANI, Rahul Gandhi’s Lawyer Gaurav Pandya said, “Court admitted the appeal which we filed today and Court gave him fresh bail. Further hearing of the matter would be held on April 13.”
