King of Bhutan Jigme Wangchuck arrives in Delhi for a 3-day official visit

King of Bhutan, Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck arrived in Delhi on April 03. He is on a 3-day official visit to India. He was accompanied by Foreign Minister Dr Tandi Dorji. His India visit comes at the invitation of President Droupadi Murmu. The visit of the King of Bhutan is in keeping with the long-standing tradition of regular high-level exchanges between the two countries and during his visit, he will meet President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and senior officials will call on the King of Bhutan.
