Ruoning Yin won the star-studded LPGA's Dio Implant L.A. Open on Sunday, April 2. The 20-year-old played on her fifth LPGA Tour and registered a one-stroke victory over Georgia Hall.

With this victory, Yin took home $262,500 in prize money from the total purse of $1.75 million.

Ruoning Yin played the first round of 68 and then the other rounds of 64, 67, and 70 to clinch the trophy with a total score of 269.

Georgia Hall finished at a scoring deficit of 14 after playing the four rounds of 69, 72, 62, and 67.

Ruoning Yin competed at the LPGA Drive On Championship last week and finished at T16 and within a week she won her first LPGA Tour.

Having turned professional at the age of 17, Ruoning Yin mostly played on the China Tour before joining the LPGA. She is the youngest player to win the LPGA Tour since Atthaya Thitikul.
