IPL 2023, PBKS vs KKR, Live: Arshdeep Singh has dismissed Mandeep Singh as Kolkata Knight Riders have lost one wicket in the chase of 192 against Punjab Kings. Currently, Rahmanullah Gurbaz and Anukul Roy are standing unbeaten at the crease. Top knocks from Bhanuka Rajapaksa and Shikhar Dhawan propelled Punjab Kings to 191/5 in 20 overs against Kolkata Knight Riders. Asked to bat first, PBKS lost an early wicket but Bhanuka Rajapaksa smashed a half-century off 30 balls, followed by Dhawan scoring 40 off 29 balls. Later, Jitesh Sharma also scored 21 off 11 balls while Sam Curran remained unbeaten at 26 off 17 balls. For KKR, Tim Southee scalped two wickets while Varun Chakaravarthy, Sunil Narine, and Umesh Yadav scalped one wicket each. Earlier, Kolkata Knight Riders skipper Nitish Rana won the toss and opted to bowl against Punjab Kings in their opening match of IPL 2023 on Saturday at the PCA Stadium Mohali. (Live Scorecard)
