Logitech Racing wheel

Hi! I've been looking to buy Logitech reaching wheel to have an experience of racing wheel set up with my Xbox Series S.

I haven't used racing wheels before but pretty excited to get my hands on one. Torn between the Logitech G920 & Logitech g923 (True force)

Any suggestions on which to choose and where to buy from. A lot of resellers on website are selling imported versions with few 3-6 months warranty only. Can't find a good second hand deal as well, most are selling the PS variant.

I've reached out and emailed to rptech who is the official importer of these products from Logitech but haven't received any response from them.

G920 doesn't seem to be officially available in India. So if you require Logitech's support, the only option is G923.

You should also check Thrustmaster racing wheels. I heard that they are better but by the time i came to know, I already purchased the Logitech G29.

I don't want to deal with warranty issues as there is no warranty and I'd have to be at mercy of Amazon. Unless there be a killer deal wherein an equivalent product would be at 50-60% off maybe then I might consider the hassle.

But they still honor warranty right? Why'd you say it's not officially available in India? How do you know or from where did you check this?

Not for units purchased from outside India. A conversation I had with their service center.

Oh boy. Even though it is distributed by Acro? That's a shame.
They do not have a service centre in India. So if your device is faulty, there's no easy way to get it repaired/replaced. They will ask you to perform tests to confirm device is faulty and then tell you to return it to the seller. In my case it was Amazon. Getting a refund from them was a herculean task, and I would not recommend buying ANY Thrustmaster product from them. They dragged the process for months! I have written an account of my experience ordeal to raise awareness.

Just get a Logitech instead. The pedal potentiometers will go bad eventually as all pots do. But you can get a replacement from them if within the 2 year warranty period, or upgrade to load-cell sensors that you can buy online.

On the same note, avoid buying Sabrent products here too - they will approve the RMA, but you have to send it to either EU/US and pay for shipping both ways. In my case I could have just bought a new 1TB NVMe SSD instead of paying so much for shipping.
