Cyclewala booked again

Surat: Udhna police booked former Congress municipal councillor Aslam Cyclewala and two of his associates on Thursday for their alleged involvement in extortion, threatening and thrashing a verification officer of mediclaim insurance. Cyclewala has been booked for the second time in a week for a similar offence.
Cyclewala was booked at Limbayat police station on March 23 for allegedly threatening and putting an insurance verification agent under pressure.
In the latest complaint, Cyclewala’s associates Sharif Patel and Aaftab Patel were also booked. The complaint was lodged by Bhavesh Motwani. tnn
