Clermont County Veterans Services Executive Director indicted on sex charges
Clermont County Veterans Services Executive Director, Windell "Frank" Morrow, has been indicted on 2 counts of Gross Sexual Imposition, one count of Sexual Imposition and one count of Unlawful Restraint with a Sexual Motivation.
Clermont County Prosecutor, Mark Tekulve, said in a statement that a grand jury on Thursday indicted Morrow, 53, and the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office when made aware of the sexual offenses, took immediate action to investigate the allegations.
“Regardless of who the victim is or who the perpetrator is, the Clermont County Prosecutor’s Office, along with Law Enforcement, will do everything within our power to administer justice,” Tekulve said. “Together we strive to safeguard victims of all ages and walks of life.”
If convicted on all counts, Morrow could be sentenced up to 3 years in prison and 120 days in jail.
The alleged crimes did not take place on the premises of Veterans Services, according to Tekulve.
Morrow is scheduled to be arraigned at 10 a.m. on Friday in the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas.
