Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that w.e.f. Friday, March 31, 2023, the units of Digital Fibre Infrastructure Trust shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of ‘IF’ Group of Securities.

a)       Trading Members may note that as per the SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 dated September 26 2014, securities of the Trust will only be traded in dematerialised form. Trades effected in this scrip will be in unit market lot (i.e. 2,00,000 units)

b)      A copy of unitholding pattern submitted by the Trust is enclosed as Annexure I
