Patient jumps from second floor of hospital in Mumbai

MUMBAI: A 40-year-old patient committed suicide by jumping from the second floor of Nair Hospital on Tuesday.
The deceased, Avinash Sawant, who hailed from Sindhudurg, was admitted to the hospital for heart related treatment.
A police source said that Sawant went to the second floor bathroom of the hospital and jumped from there. He was reportedly fed up due to the illness, said police.
The Agripada police have registered an accidental death case.
