Rexford Industrial operating partnership prices $300M note offering

Rexford Industrial Realty (NYSE:REXR) said Tuesday its operating partnership priced a $300M public offering of 5% senior notes due 2028.
The notes were priced at 98.975% of the principal amount and will mature on June 15, 2028.
The operating partnership will use the net proceeds for general management activities that may include funding acquisitions, redevelopment or repositioning activities, or repayment of indebtedness.
The offering is expected to settle on March 30.
