Poll panel gives Cong 2nd chance for hearing today

Guwahati: The Election Commission of India has given another chance to Congress to raise its issues before the poll panel on Tuesday, before the commission winds up its three-day tour of Assam in connection to ongoing delimitation exercise.
Congress boycotted the EC hearing on Monday, accusing it of allotting less than 15 minutes for the hearing. However, sources said the panel already gave time to a Congress team, headed by Assam PCC chief sBhupen Borah, in New Delhi on January 4. TNN
