DAVIDsTEA to delist from Nasdaq, commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange

DAVIDsTEA (NASDAQ:DTEA) has been accepted for listing on the TSX Venture Exchange and shares will commence trading on Apr.3, 2023 under the same symbol.
Shareholders will not be required to exchange their share certificates or take any other action in connection with the TSXV listing.
Following this, the company plans to voluntarily delist its shares and file Form 25 with U.S. SEC to delist from The Nasdaq Global Market on or about Apr.7, 2023.
It is expected to stop trading on Apr.14, 2023 as of market close; during a two-week interim period from Apr. 3 to Friday, Apr. 14, 2023, DAVIDsTEA's common shares will trade on both the TSXV and Nasdaq.
