Sheriff Jeffrey D. Paden announced that on Thursday, Detectives with the Guernsey County Sheriff’s Office, Homeland Security Investigations, and Detectives with the CODE and BULK taskforce executed a search warrant at a residence in Salesville. This investigations stems from an investigating involving narcotics purchased through the dark web. Investigators seized a bulk amount of illegal narcotics and additional items relating to this ongoing investigation.

Sheriff Paden adds that his Investigations Division is committed to utilizing every resource and advanced law enforcement technology available stop the flow of narcotics through Guernsey County.
