Boy drowns in 15-foot pit at building site in Kalyan

KALYAN: A 12-year-old boy drowned after he fell into a 15ft pit at a building construction site in Kailash Nagar in Kalyan (W). Residents blamed the developer for leaving the site open and demanded action against him.
Rehan Shaikh, 12, was in the 5th Standard at Ideal School. Police said on Saturday at noon, Rehan was returning home from school, when he visited the site, where kids play.-
