US: VP Kamala Harris to visit Africa in latest US outreach

Vice President Kamala Harris will try to deepen and reframe U.S. relationships in Africa during a weeklong trip that begins on Saturday, the most high profile outreach by the Biden administration to try to counter China's growing influence on that continent.
